Personalized products are not subject to cancellation or return because they are specially designed for you. However, your satisfaction is our top priority.

🔹 Returns Not Accepted:

• Printed books containing personalized content (name, photo, etc.)

• Orders that have started preparation process

🔹 Exceptional Cases:

• If the product is digital and has not yet been prepared, we may receive a cancellation request within 24 hours.

• In case of printing error or damage caused by shipping, free re-shipment is provided.
